Preschool Classrooms

Young 3 Year Olds

This classroom is great for a first-time transition away from home. With an emphasis on social and emotional growth, students learn to navigate fine motor skills, pre-writing, letter recognition, counting, colors, and shapes.  (Students must be 3-years old and potty trained.)

Classes Offered:

Tuesday & Thursday Morning or Afternoon

Monday/Wednesday/Friday Morning or Afternoon

Morning Class: 8:30am - 11:30am

Afternoon Class: 12:15pm - 2:45pm

Ages 3 and 4

This class serves as a building block from the threes classroom.  While encompassing the same basic content, our students experience these skills at the next level.  They begin independent play and socialization while being given more opportunities to learn problem solving skills and utilize them in the classroom.  Academically, this class introduces more cognitive skills including reasoning, name recognition, as well as the process of forming and writing letters.

4 Year Olds

The classroom for 4 year old students offers an in-depth focus on the skills and abilities acquired in our younger classes.  They are challenged to complete tasks more independently while being offered opportunities to attempt new things and build confidence. This class continues to review basic preschool skills while introducing pre-reading skills as well. This class actively helps students make progress towards an appropriate skill level in preparation for pre-k or kindergarten.

4 Year Olds Extended Day Class

The extended day classroom offers an in-depth focus on the skills and abilities acquired in our younger classes.  They are challenged to complete tasks more independently while being offered opportunities to attempt new things and build confidence.  This class continues to review basic preschool skills while introducing pre-reading skills, writing, organization, memorization, and learning through hands-on-experiences. This class actively helps students make progress towards an appropriate skill level in preparation for kindergarten.

Extended Day Class: 8:30am - 12:30pm

5 Day (Mon - Fri) Class

This classroom focuses on pre-reading skills, writing, organization, adapting personal routines, fine motor skills, memorization, and learning through hands-on-experiences.  This class takes them a step up from "preschool" and just a step away from kindergarten.
